While there isnt a drug called NZT in real life, there are things you can do to give yourself that edge you need. Lets take a look at how to be a more productive student. 1. Eat a lot of lean protein ââ¬â especially for breakfast People just dont realize how important a good breakfast is. And were not talking about coffee and a doughnut. Breakfast should be considered your most important meal. The perfect breakfast includes fresh fruit and 6-10 egg whites with a little cheese topped off with some salsa.
